Phoenix, AZ (hybrid/in-office expectations based on business needs). Occasional travel for collaboration with Partners, clients, and leadership in Utah.
Professional responsibilities will include tasks such as the following:- Provide ideas to improve client processes and procedures
- Understand our clients' businesses and industries
- Identify accounting and auditing issues
- Assist with audit planning
- Perform audit fieldwork
- Resolve issues
- High integrity
- 8+ years of public accounting experience
- Licensed CPA or international equivalent
- Sound GAAP and GAAS knowledge
- Familiarity with SEC and PCAOB reporting rules
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team of professionals at all levels
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates leadership and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude
