About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience using Net Suite or Oracle for AP processing. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and maintaining strong financial records.

- Reconcile statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all AP transactions
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments as needed

Requirements- Prior experience as an AP Specialist or similar role
- Experience with Net Suite or Oracle is required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
