Senior Staff Accountant in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Posting

Duties include:

• Monthly closing entries
• Prepare and post Journal Entries
• General Ledger review and maintenance
• Detail reconciliation of General Ledger accounts as needed
• Prepare monthly and annual Financial Statements

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• Five years' accounting experience
• Strong technical accounting skills (GAAP)
• Able to demonstrate and ensure financial integrity of accounting records and reports
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, Pivot Tables a MUST
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong leadership, oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail, self-motivated, ability to work independently, sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Be an innovative/creative problem solver and driver of change
• Interpersonal skills should be well-developed as a collaborator and leader, both within the accounting department and across other company business units
