Avenue5 is seeking a regional controller to produce monthly statements and financial analyses for multiple portfolios, support third-party audits, and serve as the primary contact for technical accounting issues.
This role enforces GAAP, leads financial forecasting, and ensures timely reporting to clients, managing days payable, and protecting internal controls. Travel up to 5% may be required. CPA or MBA preferred;
Yardi Voyager and Real Page experience essential.
