Revenue Supervisor

Sonora Quest Laboratories seeks a Revenue Supervisor to lead revenue cycle operations for our fast-growing technology solutions business. In this role, you will oversee billing, collections, and revenue recognition, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. You'll supervise a small team, refine processes, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to optimize contracts and invoicing. Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day revenue cycle operations including billing, collections, and reconciliations
• Supervise and mentor revenue team members, setting goals and monitoring performance
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company revenue recognition policies
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to optimize pricing, contracts, and invoicing
• Analyze revenue trends, prepare forecasts, and deliver management reports
• Identify process improvements and implement automation to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Resolve complex customer and billing issues in a timely manner
• Support audits and month-end / quarter-end close activities
