AR Supervisor

Vaco Arizona is partnering with a top client in the Biltmore area that is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor. This is a direct hire, fully onsite opportunity offering up to $80,000 annually. We are seeking an experienced AR professional with a strong background in collections, cash applications, and team leadership who can drive process improvements and help optimize cash flow.

• Supervise and support the Accounts Receivable team
• Manage collections and follow up on outstanding balances
• Review AR aging reports and help reduce past-due accounts
• Work with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues
• Oversee cash applications and ensure payments are posted accurately
• Maintain and enforce credit and collection procedures
• Prepare AR reports and track key metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements within the AR department

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• 2+ years of supervisory, lead, or management experience within AR
