Senior Accountant

Salary: $85,000–$100,000

• Senior-level accounting role with exposure to both accounting and finance

• Direct partnership with Site Leadership and Senior Finance leadership

• Broad exposure across financial reporting, month-end close, FP&A, treasury, and operational finance

• Opportunity to support budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and manufacturing operations

• Exposure to international operations with periodic travel to Mexico-based facilities

• Opportunity to contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and financial reporting initiatives

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support the monthly and year-end close process

• Prepare monthly financial statements, reporting packages, and variance analysis

• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, treasury activities, and related banking transactions

• Support financial reporting and analysis for multiple operating companies

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis

• Partner with Site Leadership and Finance leadership on planning and operational initiatives

• Support audits, inventory counts, lease accounting, revenue recognition, and internal controls

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, and financial controls

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

• 2–5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Manufacturing industry experience required; aerospace industry experience preferred

• Strong understanding of GAAP, including lease accounting and revenue recognition

• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and journal entries

• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or other finance-related activities preferred

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems;
Visual ERP preferred

• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
