Interim Accounting Manager

Vaco has partnered with a well-established construction company undergoing a leadership transition. As a result, they are seeking an experienced Interim Construction Accounting Manager with strong construction accounting and AIA billing expertise.

• Lead construction accounts receivable and accounting operations
• Oversee AIA billing, collections, lien waivers, and subcontractor payment processing
• Manage subcontract documentation and compliance requirements, including COIs
• Provide leadership and stability to the accounting team during a departmental transition

• Required construction accounting experience within a GC or subcontractor environment
• Strong experience with construction AR, AIA billing, waivers, and subcontractor payments
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing accounting teams
• Ability to work full-time onsite and effectively navigate a fast-paced, changing environment
