This position will be required to hit a monthly and quarterly goal that involves keeping work in progress below a certain threshold while maintaining high quality and timely completion of work.
The position of billing coordinator is tiered into two levels (coordinator and lead) based upon overall job responsibilities and the functions the specific position will be performing. The position of Billing Coordinator Lead will be expected to perform both lead responsibilities.

- Responsible for daily production entry.
- Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of billing and invoices.
- Responsible for solving billing situations and resolving customer issues as quickly as possible.
- Manage job approaching reports that include top dollar and unbilled aging reports.
- Resubmit denied CUPS.
- Sending daily DVS emails.
- Must understand the contract and billable items, including material as well as any other billing related item.
- Must be able to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly billing goals.
- Other billing/office related tasks as assigned by direct manager. (Depending upon the office location, billing may assist with some payroll related items)
- To be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
- Must possess, or obtain upon employment, a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a background check and company drug screening.
- Must be able to attend and pass all company required training as needed.
- May be required to work after hours; on weekends or be on-call as work is needed.
- Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Must possess excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers.
- Two or more years of office related experience.
- Billing experience required.
- Telecommunications experience preferred.
- Any combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates ability to perform the designated job duties and responsibilities of the position.
- Ability to make common sense understanding to carry out instructions that are provided in written, oral or drawing. Ability to deal with and understand problems involving different variables in many varied situations. Ability to collect, organize, disseminate and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
