LHH Recruitment is partnering with a nonprofit organization near Central Phoenix is seeking an experienced AP Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong full-cycle Accounts Payable experience who is detail-oriented and comfortable managing a high volume of invoices and payments.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Fully Onsite
Pay: Up to $55,000/year
- Manage the full-cycle AP process from invoice receipt through payment.
- Review, code, and process invoices accurately and timely.
- Perform three-way matching and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and process checks, ACH, and other vendor payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate AP records.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues.
- Assist with month-end close and AP reporting.
- Maintain organized documentation and support accounting team as needed.
- 2+ years of recent full cycle AP experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and an ERP
- Nonprofit or accounting experience is a plus.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
