The Front Desk Coordinator (HR Support) serves as the first point of contact for visitors while also providing administrative support to the HR and Office Administration team. This role helps ensure smooth front desk operations and supports daily HR-related administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage visitor sign-in and front desk coverage
  • Maintain reception and common area organization
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding preparation
  • Support employee file maintenance and document management
  • Provide general administrative support to HR
Qualifications
  • 1+ year administrative, receptionist, or HR assistant experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, calendar)
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
