Administrative Assistant (Construction Company)

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Construction Company located in the Greater Phoenix Area with an immediate opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support executives and manage daily administrative tasks. Responsibilities include scheduling, maintaining records, managing correspondence, ensuring efficient communication between teams and clients, handling phone communications, and contributing to smooth operation of the construction office.

You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents and provide administrative support to company owners. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for executives.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Manage daily correspondence and communications.
  • Handle phone communications professionally.
  • Order materials and assist with subcontractor follow up.
  • Price materials for bid processes.
  • Organize client material lists.
  • Assist owners and Project Managers as needed.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; extra certifications in administrative or construction coordination a plus.
