Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of tasks to ensure smooth office operations, including providing administrative and clerical support, organizing schedules, managing communication, and assisting executives as required. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities will be essential to success in this role.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, Clerical Skills, and Quickbooks
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in customer service or similar roles is an asset
