In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and productivity of our executive team, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and business goals. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining a well-organized and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation as needed.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
YOU MUST HAVE
* At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Experience in managing travel, calendars and scheduling meetings effectively.
* Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
* Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
