As an Executive Administrative Assistant at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, you will provide critical support to our VP of Lead to Cash, ERP and S/4

HANA Transformation. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the center of strategic transformation initiatives, supporting executive leadership in driving our global ERP transformation and operational excellence.

You will report directly to the VP of Lead to Cash, ERP and S/4

HANA Transformation, working out of one of our Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ locations on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring seamless executive operations, enabling leadership effectiveness through proactive calendar management, coordinating complex meetings, travel and events, facilitating clear communications across all organizational levels, and providing essential support to our S/4

HANA transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage complex calendars for multiple executives, coordinating schedules across time zones, prioritizing competing demands, and ensuring optimal time allocation for strategic initiatives.

* Coordinate and prepare for executive meetings including agenda development, material preparation, logistics coordination, meeting facilitation support, meeting minutes and action item tracking.

* Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed travel logistics for domestic and international business travel.

* Process expense reports and reimbursements using SAP Concur, ensuring accuracy, compliance with corporate policies, and timely submission.

* Draft, edit, and distribute executive communications including emails, presentations, reports, and announcements to internal and external stakeholders.

* Plan and execute executive events including leadership offsites, team meetings, recognition events, and stakeholder engagement sessions.

* Provide administrative support to the S/4

HANA transformation program including meeting scheduling and coordination, document management, and stakeholder communication.

* Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders, managing inquiries, routing communications, and ensuring timely responses.

* Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information, strategic decisions, and personnel matters.

* Coordinate cross-functional activities and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion and executive alignment.

* Manage office operations including supply ordering, vendor coordination, facility requests, and administrative process improvements.

* Prepare presentation materials, reports, and documentation for executive leadership meetings, steering committees, and board presentations.

YOU MUST HAVE

* 5 or more years of experience providing administrative support to senior executive leadership in a corporate environment.

* Proven experience managing complex executive calendars across multiple time zones with competing priorities.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) with demonstrated ability to create executive-level presentations and materials.

* Experience with SAP Concur or comparable travel and expense management systems.

* Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex meetings, travel, and logistics across domestic and international locations.

* Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently across all organizational levels.

* Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.

* Ability to anticipate executive needs, take initiative, and work independently with minimal direction.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

* Experience supporting executive leadership in large, global, matrixed organizations.

* Experience supporting IT organizations or enterprise-wide transformation programs (ERP, S/4

HANA, system implementations).

* Background in Aerospace & Defense, Manufacturing, or other regulated industries.

* Familiarity with program management principles and supporting steering committees or governance forums.

* Experience with additional collaboration or project tools (SharePoint, Smartsheet, project management platforms).

* Demonstrated track record of process improvement and administrative efficiency enhancements.

* Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate operations and executive priorities.

* Experience planning and executing large-scale executive events or leadership offsites.

* Experience working with global teams across cultures and time zones.
