** Position Summary/
Purpose:
** UFA Administrative Specialists will support the University Financial Aid (UFA) team by assisting with administrative tasks, including data validation, filing, maintaining data trackers, and helping create and manage social media content. This position is REMOTE
** Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities/
Essential Functions:
*** Perform data validation by reviewing information entered into our systems of record (Campus Vue, CRM, File Bound) and ensuring data matches across systems and accompanying documentation is filed accurately.
* Prepare and generate general reports as needed.
* Support enrollment reporting processes, including activities related to In-School Deferments.
* Participate in testing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and usability.
* Assist with Bookings-related tasks, including scheduled appointments
* Draft and schedule social media content for the Financial Wellness social media account.
* Monitor and manage shared Outlook inboxes, including defaultcallreports emails
* Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content preparation and distribution support.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental operations.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team setting.

Education:

* Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
* Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
* Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.
* You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
