Entry-Level Clerical Accounting Assistant

Position Summary:

At our Phoenix, AZ location we're are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Entry‑Level Clerical Accounting Assistant to support daily accounting and office operations. This role is ideal for someone beginning an accounting or administrative career who is comfortable working with computers and handling financial data.

• Enter invoices, receipts, and payments into accounting system
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Scan, file, and maintain financial records
• Assist with statement reconciliation and documentation
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the accounting department

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior computer experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email, and basic data entry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Dependable and able to follow processes

• Previous office or clerical experience
• Accounting or bookkeeping coursework

Full‑time | Monday – Friday | 7am - 4pm

Hourly pay based on experience and TBD in interview
