General Job Description

We’re hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office and field operations. This role is critical in keeping administrative and accounting processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Support office and field teams with daily administrative tasks
  • Handle calls, emails, filing, and document management
  • Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Coordinate office logistics and communication

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dynamics 365 experience a plus
  • Construction industry experience a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (must be able to read, write, and speak English)

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks (typing, filing, data entry)
