Job Description
As a Sr Administrative Assistant at Honeywell, you will provide high-level administrative support to our senior executives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and perform various administrative tasks to support the executive team.
In this role you will impact the overall efficiency and productivity of our executive team, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and business goals. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining a well-organized and professional environment.
Responsibilities- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in managing travel, calendars, and scheduling meetings effectively.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
