Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events, promotional activations, and client engagements. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences.
The Events Assistant will work closely with the Events Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure all event logistics are executed seamlessly, from initial preparation through post-event follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of corporate events and promotional campaigns
- Support logistical planning including venue coordination, vendor communication, and scheduling
- Prepare event materials, presentations, and briefing documents
- Maintain organized event documentation and timelines
- Coordinate on-site event setup and breakdown
- Monitor event performance metrics and assist with post-event reporting
- Ensure all brand standards and client expectations are met
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
