At Honeywell Aerospace, we are seeking a highly polished, proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to serve as a trusted executive partner to our VP Finance Business Analysis & Planning / VP Controller.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role - not just administrative support, but true executive partnership. You will operate at the center of business priorities, enabling strategic focus by anticipating needs, protecting executive time, and ensuring seamless execution across functions.

Responsibilities- Provide high-level, executive-focused administrative support while exercising discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment at all times
- Act as a strategic administrative partner to the VP, proactively anticipating needs and resolving issues before they escalate
- Own and optimize executive calendars by prioritizing requests, resolving conflicts, and aligning schedules with business priorities
- Coordinate complex meetings across multiple leaders, functions, time zones, and stakeholders
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, and expense coordination with strong attention to detail
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive and organization professionally
- Facilitate cross-functional communication, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment on action items
- Manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and high performance
- Support special projects, leadership initiatives, and ad hoc requests as needed
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3 or more years of proven experience providing executive-level administrative support, preferably to senior leaders.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority demands simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential information appropriately.
- Strong organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
