With decades of experience, the company provides reliable and energy‑efficient design solutions for various building types, including educational, medical, institutional, mission‑critical, aviation, and commercial facilities.

Title: Project Assistant
Type: Direct Hire / On‑site
Location: North Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Hours: Full‑Time / M‑Thur 7:30‑5:30, Friday Half Day
Pay: $25‑28/hr.

• Assist with managing multiple priorities and projects, ensuring tight deadlines are met.
• Support project planning and maintain project management reporting software.
• Create, update, and distribute project/client files, schedules, and reports.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting minutes.
• Organize and control project documentation.
• Track project budgets and assist with client invoicing.
• Facilitate client and contractor communications.
• Support change order management, estimates, and quality control efforts.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, construction management, electrical engineering, project management, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural work environment.
• Organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual fluency in JAPANESE and English (spoken and written) is a huge plus.
• Strong coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Can do mentality, doesn’t mind overtime and the fast‑paced environment.
