This Opportunity
WSP is seeking Project Coordinators to join our Project Controls team. These roles are out of our offices in Ft. Worth TX, Meridian , San Diego CA, and Phoenix AZ.
Your ImpactRoles & Responsibilities
- Working closely with all levels of management and disciplines/departments; and coordinating & communicating relevant project information to the team
- Providing high-level coordination/administrative support to the client
- Provide proposal & opportunity support in ERP
- Provide pricing tool and change order support; may also include tracking
- Acting as liaison between WSP and clients as required
- Scheduling and attending project meetings (internal or with client)
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Assist with the management of project/program documents utilizing platforms such as SharePoint, Project Wise, etc. (organizing, uploading, and maintaining documentation)
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
- High School diploma
- 7 years of project support/administrative experience
- Experience supporting a high volume of projects
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Strong attention to detail and a good communicator
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry-related experience
- Experience with MS Project, MS Visio, Power BI, Oracle (ERP), and Project Wise

CompensationExpected Salary (all locations): $30-$42/hour
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
