Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Front Desk/Receptionist
Vaco is currently assisting a client in their search for a Receptionist in the Scottsdale, AZ office. This role will sit at the front desk, greet visitors, and answer phones. It is a contract‑to‑hire position that is fully onsite and hiring immediately. Pay: up to $25 per hour depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide basic information to clients, customers, and guests
- Maintain records, logs, and filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, and filing
- Coordinate with other departments to support daily operations
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Skill in oral and written communications
- Ability to plan, coordinate, analyze, and establish priorities; develop effective operating procedures
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior management in person, via email, and over the phone
