OverviewAs an Administrative Assistant at Renovation Rewind you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations by handling administrative tasks with a strong focus on Excel proficiency and data entry accuracy. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to the success of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency using Excel spreadsheets.
- Prepare, maintain, and update various reports and databases as required.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Provide general administrative support to visitors and employees.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel (formulas, charts, and data management).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
