Hybrid: 3 days onsite | 2 days remote
Salary: $75K-$95K (DOE)

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in litigation, stays organized under pressure, and enjoys being the go-to support for a busy team. You'll support 3-4 attorneys and paralegals as needed, helping keep everything running smoothly day to day.
What You'll Do
- Support 3-4 attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day operations
- Act as a primary point of contact, managing workflow and coordinating across internal teams
- Prepare, revise, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings and e-filings, with high accuracy
- Handle calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Assist with client billing, including billing letters and budget tracking
- Process new client/matter intake, conflict checks, and file setup
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and ensure all documentation is complete
- Maintain attorney contacts, CLE tracking, and general admin support
- Collaborate with a team, assist with overflow work, and participate in team meetings
- Use internal systems to track and manage assignments
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- 3-5 years of legal support experience with a focus on Commercial Litigation (required)
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Excellent grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- E-filing experience required
- Associate degree preferred
- Transcription experience
- Experience supporting high-volume litigation practices
- Strong process and information management skills
