We are looking for full-time and part-time Account Coordinator Internship positions, to assist with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties include providing support to our sales team and employees, assisting in daily office tasks, marketing projects, on-site event participation, and general administrative activities.

DescriptionJob Duties:
- Assist with inventory checks and preparation at least 5 days prior to event
- Answering the company main phone line and directing messages
- Completing a variety of dynamic projects and tasks to include but not limited to:
- Calendar management
- Assist with Website and Social Media collateral creation
- * Ideal candidate will have experience with Canva, Mail Chimp, and WIX
- Assist clients with proposals, design guidance and event expertise as needed
- Professional and timely communication with clients and internal departments
- Perform venue site inspections as needed
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Customer Service or Sales support (Preferred)
- A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic to meet deadlines and goals
- Ability to maintain consistent and effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently, as well as, be an effective team player
- Strong organizational skills
- High School degree - additional industry-related education / degrees or certificates is a bonus!
