Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a strong administrator who excels in coordination, communication, and data management. While this is not a supervisory position, we are looking for someone who can take initiative, stay organized under pressure, and bring strong Excel skills to the team.

Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, spreadsheets)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Support employees through a variety of organizational and communication tasks
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take messages and schedule appointments
  • Receive and distribute mail, documents, and deliveries
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including filing and recordkeeping
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and operational data using Excel
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate office equipment maintenance
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude in all interactions
  • Work with global travel teams on travel bookings, governments health and visa requirements
  • Assist production team with new hire orientation and other human resource activities
