Compensation
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities- Daily reporting and data entry from Sales and Fulfillment route sheets into CRM system
- Assisting sales department with invoice building
- Send invoices and take payments from customers
- Accounts Receivable:
Call to collect past due balances - Restocking and order items or running errands for the office
- Pickup mail from post office
- Scan applicable mail to Google Drive and distribute as needed
- Check department email and respond to customers accordingly
- Onboard and offboard employees into various systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with data entry
- Experience with Quick Books is a plus, but not required
- Monday - Friday, starting at 8:00AM - 4:30PM
- Qualities: organized, professional, task-oriented, detail-oriented, reliable, has the ability to multi-task and self‑driven with a strong work ethic.
- Generally able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
