Pay Range Min - 1st Quartile - Mid - Max $20.25 - $22.81 - $25.38 - $30.50
The expected ENTRY pay range for this position based on experience and equity within the Judicial Branch is $21.03 to $21.53.This position is non-exempt under the FLSAWhat We Offer We offer generous paid time off, paid sick leave, and 10 paid holidays! 800 Superior Court About the Position The Court Administration Assistant provides administrative support in a high-volume work environment that requires the ability to multi-task, use strong organizational and communication skills to provide exemplary service, both internally and externally, ensuring that the needs of the Court are met effectively.

Position Qualifications We recognize your time is valuable, so please apply if you meet the following required qualifications :
Education:
High school diploma or GED
Experience:
Two (2) years of general clerical or administrative experience
ORCombined education and experience qualifications:
Post-secondary education may substitute for the experience requirement on a year-for-year basis
Our Preferred Candidate has:
Bilingual in Spanish/English Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Knowledge of:
Principles and processes for providing customer service including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Skill in:
The use of computer applications including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software.
Written and verbal communication with others to convey information effectively
Providing exemplary customer service
The preparation of statistical reports
Ability to:
Learn policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the Court Respond courteously to concerns of the public, attorneys, and employees
Use effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks at one time Excel in a high volume and time-sensitive work environment
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
Understand and accurately brief oral and written instructions
Make sound decisions in accordance with regulations, policies, and procedures
Work as a member of a team with minimal supervision
