** The Employment Services Administrative Clerk provides a variety of general clerical and administrative support duties for the Employment Services Section of Personnel Services.  Tasks performed are general in nature but require a high degree of confidentiality.  Employees at this level receive instruction or assistance as new or unusual situations arise and may be required to interpret Office operating procedures and policies.

Please note, the position requires working in office with no telework days available.

** Position Qualifications

* *** One (1) year clerical experience or Human Resources experience.

* Assists Office Assistant Specialized personnel with processing applicants for new hire and/or promotion and schedule appointments for orientation.
