GURSTEL LAW FIRM, P.C. – Client Assessment Assistant Job Summary
As a Client Assessment Assistant you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
- Retrieving and appending media documents from firm System of Record to external client systems.
- Reviewing and analysing scanning errors.
- Data entry and documentation of system of record as needed.
- Reviewing client SOPs to maintain accuracy and comply with client standards.
- Conducting weekly and monthly assessments of key elements as outlined in the Client Directive and Audit Program.
- Working with vendors and firm employees for timely completion of assessment deliverables.
- Conducting ad hoc assessments of key firm processes where applicable.
- Demonstrating the Firm’s Core Values of Do Right, Achieve Results and Maintain Integrity.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Organizational, verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Attention to detail, ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment is required.
- Self‑starter and motivated.
- Must be a quick learner with good problem‑solving skills.
- Dependable work ethic and commitment to providing quality service is a must.
- Must be a mature individual who can work both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to bend, lift, or carry up to 10 pounds.

This position requires up to 0‑5% travel. Travel excludes local commute.
