In this role as a Senior Executive Administrative Coordinator, you will play a pivotal part in supplying the knowledge, resources, and tools that empower EY teams to deliver outstanding services to our clients and support the growth of our firm.
YourRole and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional administrative support to top executives, facilitating their daily operations.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the executive’s service line to make informed decisions and accomplish objectives.
- Effectively identify and address administrative challenges, implementing solutions that enhance productivity.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Safeguard confidential information and manage sensitive data with discretion.
- Compose and edit high-level business documents in collaboration with executives and communications professionals.
- Coordinate the execution of various projects, managing information flows and addressing requests promptly.
- Compile market and budget reports, preparing insightful tracking documents and meeting materials.
- Manage complex calendars while prioritizing the executive's engagements and commitments.
- Organize domestic and international travel, as well as internal and external events, to ensure seamless coordination.
- Proven problem solver with strong analytical, organizational, and research skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions with good judgment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with all organizational levels.
- Ability to navigate complex relationships and adapt to changing environments.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience required.
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with at least 5-7 years supporting senior executives.
- Flexibility for overtime and travel as business needs dictate.
- Primary work location at EY office or client site as necessary.
