We are seeking a talented individual to join our Government Healthcare Consulting (GHSC) team s role will be based in Phoenix, and it is a hybrid position requiring attendance at the office at least three days a week.
Responsibilities- Complete monthly client invoicing
- Create and edit documents using advanced technical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint while ensuring all documents produced adhere to Mercer’s global identity/document standards
- Establish, maintain, and manage client subject files, personal working files, and legal plan documents as applicable
- Provide peer review of documents before final production/distribution to ensure quality control of the final product
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity while communicating openly and often among team members
- Contribute to accurate client/project budget management through accurate and prompt time entry
- Strive to promote smooth workflow and ensure team needs are met
- Assist team with a variety of tasks assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of project support experience, preferably in a consulting environment or professional service industry
- Advanced computer skills, including extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and decision‑making skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
- Capability to work well under pressure and with limited direction while handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, business communication, and time‑management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem‑solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to business needs and priorities
- Previous billing/invoicing experience
