Employment Solutions is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support daily dealership operations and help deliver an exceptional customer experience for our client in the North Scottsdale area on Chauncey Lane. This role provides administrative and clerical support to management, facilitates communication across departments, and ensures efficient office operations in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Pay - $20-$22.00 per hour
Hours
- Monday
- Friday 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to assigned managers and departments.
  • Coordinate and maintain effective communication between departments.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and departmental administrative needs.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist supervisors by gathering and providing information that supports business opportunities and operational efficiency.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and document management.
  • Support internal processes and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with employees across all dealership departments.
  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional assistance to both internal and external customers.
Qualifications

At least 3-4 Office Administrative experience in a automotive or body shop preferred

Strong interest in delivering outstanding customer service and customer experiences.

Friendly, enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

High level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative practices required.
