About the Role

This Administrative Assistant role is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to multiple teams in a fast-paced onsite environment. The position focuses on coordinating schedules, managing documentation and communication, maintaining reports and spreadsheets, and supporting daily operations while handling confidential information with professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to multiple teams, supervisors, or business functions simultaneously.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and documentation with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Support daily operations by prioritizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and managing competing requests.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documents using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative, coordination, or operational support experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multiple teams, supervisors, or business functions simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
