Administrative Assistant
- Full Time
- Phoenix, AZ.
- Administrative Assistant with experience in front desk operations, phone management, and patient-facing support in a healthcare setting.
- Proficient in EMR systems, document management, records requests, and maintaining accurate patient and HR files.
- Strong administrative, organizational and social media skills needed for a fast-paced clinical office.

- Assist with payroll and billing, accounts payable, record keeping, data entry, report preparation, copying and filing.
- Adheres to the facility’s established standards of practice, policies, and procedures.
- Ensures integrity and confidentiality of all financial data.
- Maintains highest standards of professional conduct regarding confidential information.
- Adheres to and participates in the Company’s mandatory HIPAA privacy program, Business Ethics and Compliance programs.
- Coordinate and attend in‑services, training, and meetings as required.
- Provide administrative support and handle requests from Director, Executive Director or Designee in a variety of clerical areas.
- Intervene and problem‑solve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain all reports and files in compliance with regulations and gather electronic records requests received from clients.
- Prepare internal and external communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
- Order and maintain supplies.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, or an Associate of Arts Degree in Business or related field. Significant direct work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of two years administrative office experience.
- Advanced computer software (Microsoft Office) and data entry skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medical office insurance billing preferred.
- Excellent organizational, customer service, and oral/written communication skills.
