Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Handle and resolve escalated issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Enforce HOA rules, policies, and building procedures with consistency and discretion.
- Coordinate visitor access, package handling, deliveries, and move-in/move-out processes.
- Maintain accurate logs for visitors, incidents, packages, and resident communications.
- Collaborate with property management, maintenance, and security teams.
- Monitor lobby and common areas for cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
- Assist with amenity reservations and community communications.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Ensure front desk operations align with HOA standards.

Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible schedule preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in concierge services, property management, or hospitality.
- Prior supervisory or management experience required.
- Strong knowledge of residential building operations and HOA environments preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive resident issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as needed.
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 10–15 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies).
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment.
- Visual acuity to read printed materials, spreadsheets, and computer screens.
- Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in virtual meetings.
- Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels.
- Ability to work a standard schedule, with occasional extended hours as required.
$18.00 to $20.00 hour
