Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Call potential customers to explain company services and solicit business.
  • Assist with scheduling of services.
  • Notify customers of service call status and follow up after work is completed.
  • Collect all monies from all sources.
  • Perform clerical duties as required, including customer and job data entry.
  • Perform other duties as required, which may include job functions outside the scope of normal job duties.
Requirements
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other software.
  • Experience in Xactware helpful but not mandatory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
  • Professional appearance and personality.
  • Team player who can work independently.
Compensation

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
