Position Summary
The Project Coordinator provides day‑to‑day coordination and support for projects led by Senior Project Managers. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, tracking actions and risks, supporting planning activities, and ensuring progress updates are accurate and timely. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, comfortable offering suggestions, able to work with some independence, and interested in building experience in project management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and coordination support to Senior Project Managers.
- Help keep project plans, task lists, additional trackers and documentation up to date.
- Assist with organizing materials related to project readiness, communications, or training.
- Support project meetings by preparing agendas and following up on action items.
- Help distribute project updates and maintain shared project documents.
- Ensure information is organized and easy for team members to access.
- Use standard project tools and templates to track progress and maintain documentation.
- Follow established project processes and ways of working.
- Learn project management fundamentals through hands‑on support and guidance from Senior Project Managers.
- Collaborate with project team members, stakeholders, and partners.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, time‑sensitive environments.
