Job Title : Operations Administrative Specialist
Location : Phoenix, AZ 85006
Duration : 06 months
Job Description- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Community Health & Records Services Division, ensuring efficient daily operations and project coordination.
- Manage data entry, document preparation, inventory tracking, and maintain accurate records using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and other web-based applications.
- Utilize strong organizational, presentation, and critical thinking skills to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support office operations through Microsoft SharePoint, record management, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leverage 3+ years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in public health, healthcare, clinical, social services, non-profit, or public administration environments.
Preferred qualifications include bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish, Notary Public certification, and some college education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
