Essential Job Functions specific to this position:
- Supports the Pastor with communications, projects, and scheduling
- Provides Parish Communication of calendar events and keeping community informed of closures, mass schedule changes, and street closures
- Participates in and provides process oversight for New Parishioner Registration
- Participates in and provides process oversight of Infant Baptism Requests
- Participates in and provides process oversight of Adult Inquiry of Christian Initiation
- Provide Event Calendar Management for staff and volunteers
- Manage Hall Rental Process for parishioners and outside groups
- Provide pushpay/online giving assistance to Parishioners
- Provide support to the parish staff as directed by the Pastor
- Provide support to Ministry Leaders as appropriate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Ability to keep matters confidential
