Position: Escrow Support Processor
Contract Assignment: ASAP (Once Onboarding Clears) - 9/22/2026 (Potential Extension/Temp to Perm)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/HR, Paid Weekly
Training is available for the right candidate.
Overtime may be required during peak business periods and month-end closing cycles.
This role is primarily focused on production and processing rather than customer-facing responsibilities.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Support Processor to join our centralized escrow operations team. This position plays a critical role in supporting residential escrow transactions by processing documentation related to escrow openings and closings. The role is highly production-focused and designed to support branch offices by handling high-volume administrative and document-processing tasks.
This is a behind-the-scenes operational position with no direct communication with customers, lenders, real estate agents, or branch offices. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Process and review escrow documentation associated with residential escrow transactions.
- Ensure escrow files are accurately set up and maintained according to company procedures and compliance requirements.
- Perform high-volume data entry and document processing with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting production goals and deadlines.
- Review documentation for completeness and identify discrepancies when necessary.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical records related to escrow transactions.
- Support month-end and peak closing periods, which may require overtime based on business needs.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous escrow, title, mortgage, real estate, or administrative processing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of escrow procedures and awareness of regulations governing the escrow process is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
