Vaco Phoenix is partnering with a growing company in Tempe that is hiring an Administrative Assistant. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available.
Responsibilities- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
- Manage document control, data entry, scanning, filing, and record organization.
- Assist with inventory documentation and shipping/receiving paperwork.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendor communication, and general office workflows.
- Provide support with onboarding activities and special administrative projects.
- Help maintain organized processes as the company continues to grow and scale.
- 3+ years of administrative, office support, or operations coordination experience.
- Logistics industry experience required.
- Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Part-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
