Sales Coordinator

Responsible providing support for Sales Department Managers.

• Answer phone calls, record accurate messages.
• Prepare contracts and addendums accurately.
• Create detailed proposals in Word or PowerPoint, check online booking engines, and assign leads to managers.
• Fill out forms and prepare amenities and gifts for guests.
• Assist with travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for director approval.
• Participate in Lead (RFP) assignments following sales guidelines.
• Maintain Delphi database: enter bookings, meeting space, notes, and adjust group information.
• Monitor and organize email to ensure no requests are missed.

• High School Diploma required.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Public Relations preferred.
• Experience with OnQ and Delphi platforms is a plus.
