CBRE -  - Responsibilities:
Process documentation for program commitments.;
Obtain external quotes for processing. Coordinate change orders, change directives and contemplative change notices with vendors and stakeholders.;
Schedule meetings and communication plans regarding programs amongst teams and stakeholders.;
Assist with contract administration. This includes attending meetings, preparing correspondence, and tracking deliverables.;
Enter program information and data into program management technology tools.
