Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
Vaco is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Tempe, AZ, to hire an Operations & Administrative Coordinator. This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity with an immediate need. The position offers up to $30/hour, depending on experience, and is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding team.
Responsibilities- Prepare, format, scan, and maintain operational documents, technical data sheets, reports, and internal correspondence. Manage both physical and cloud-based filing systems to ensure accurate recordkeeping and secure document storage.
- Assist with daily office operations by managing front-desk activities, handling corporate communications, coordinating office and facility supply orders, and supporting logistics for client and stakeholder visits.
- Process and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments, verify inventory and packing lists, and support operational teams with material tracking and documentation accuracy.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, personnel records management, and other general human resources activities.
- 3+ years of professional administrative, clerical, office assistant, or operational coordination experience.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
