Position Overview
The Communications Specialist supports internal and client communications by preparing materials, coordinating information flow, and ensuring clear and professional messaging across teams. This role focuses on organization, documentation, and communication support.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare internal communications, reports, and updates.
- Assist with coordinating communication between departments.
- Maintain organized records of communication and documentation.
- Support scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Assist with drafting summaries, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure timely and accurate information distribution.
- High school diploma required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
