Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Clerk to support the processing and tracking of dealership paperwork for multiple automotive dealerships. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle a high volume of documents in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Send bank contracts via Fed Ex and track deliveries.
- Mail payoff checks to banks via Fed Ex and maintain tracking records.
- Mail checks and other dealership correspondence.
- Create and maintain deal jackets.
- Verify vehicle identification numbers (VINs) and review paperwork for accuracy.
- Ensure all documents are complete before submission.
- Maintain organized records and files.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Previous administrative or automotive dealership experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Frequent use of computers and office equipment.
