Position: Full-time Front Desk Coordinator - ( Tuesday - Saturday)

Front Desk Coordinator – Full time

Location:

538 W. McDowell Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85003

Schedule:

Tuesday - Friday: 9:30 am – 7 pm, Saturday 9:30 am – 5 pm (subject to change based on business needs. Must be willing and able to work in multiple locations)

Position Summary

We are seeking a goal‑oriented, proactive, and service‑mindful Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This customer‑facing role plays a key part in patient experience, front office operations, and clinic growth. If you’re passionate about health and wellness, love helping people, and thrive in a fast‑paced retail healthcare setting, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner
  • Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
  • Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
  • Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
  • Re‑engage inactive members and maintain up‑to‑date patient records using POS software
  • Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment
  • Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred
  • Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills
  • Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal‑driven environment
  • Positive attitude with a team‑oriented mindset
  • Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Office management or marketing experience is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting pay: $17‑$17.50 per hour + Bonus
